The Tri-Cities area includes Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol. Seeing as Bristol is in both Tennessee and Virginia, we also represent homes in Washington County, VA, which includes towns such as Abingdon. We believe in spending time getting to know our clients as it is only then that we truly understand our client’s needs.

As your buyer representative, we will walk you through the entire process from start to finish. When it comes to narrowing down the area you want to live in, understanding the schools in the area, explaining what each city has to offer, and talking through what your ideal housing type is, Fairway Realty has the local expertise to make it a seamless experience for you!

However, before entering into negotiations we will find comparable properties that will give you a good idea of what the property is actually worth on the market. At this point, we will contact the seller’s representative and settle on a price you are happy with and a move-in date that suits your timeline.

Sellers' Representation

Once listed, we will advertise your home in various ways, including local websites and community pages, MLS® listings service, open houses, and we may even showcase your home as part of our site's Featured Listings. As soon as a buyer puts in an offer, we work with you to understand the entire process. We will negotiate on your behalf and handle all the paperwork.
